prompt2clip develops products and features designed to which allows users to allows users to generate videos from text prompts, and may in the future include additional services such as AI-powered image generation, AI video generation, and AI video editing, as well, with AI technology. This policy outlines prompt2clip's approach to responsibly developing, deploying, and using artificial intelligence ("AI") in our products and services, including prompt2clip's AI-powered video curation & generation platform (collectively, "AI Products"). This page will be updated from time to time with information about prompt2clip's use of AI.

prompt2clip's AI Products

prompt2clip's AI Products consist of tools that help users generate & collate videos using AI. We take our responsibility seriously to protect user data and provide transparency over how such data is used. User-uploaded images & videos, generated images & videos, and other content (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any of Your Content (as defined in the Terms of Service) which you submit as an input in our AI Products) may be used by prompt2clip's (and/or, if applicable, third parties' models) to generate outputs. Such content may also be used by prompt2clip's (but not by third parties') models and learning systems to improve our AI Products and provide more accurate and relevant recommendations to our users. prompt2clip does not otherwise use Your Content to train, improve, or fine-tune any of the models used in prompt2clip's AI Products.

Acceptable Use

prompt2clip's AI Products are intended to provide helpful tools for video creation using images and AI-generated content. Our AI Products are not intended for and should not be used for the following:

• Illegal or malicious activity;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonating behavior, including but not limited to creation or dissemination of misinformation, deepfakes, or phishing content;
• Creating defamatory, obscene, tortious, abusive, threatening or harassing content;
• Hate speech;
• Spam, content-farm, or click-bait activity or content;
• Creating content that is, or intended to be, disseminated in electoral campaigns;
• Creating content that encourages violence, terrorism, or other serious harms;
• Prompt injection, or any attempt to discover prompt2clip's AI Products' or other prompt2clip products' source code;
• Representing that output is human-generated without reliance on AI;
• Violation of intellectual property rights;
• Creating and/or disseminating age-inappropriate, sexualized, and/or harmful content to, relating to, or about minors;
• Developing or advancing facial recognition databases;
• Making inferences about personal characteristics of a real person based on biometric data;
• Any use that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations, or prompt2clip's Terms of Service.

AI Usage at prompt2clip

We are committed to providing users the ability to create engaging videos using AI-powered tools. We use internal and third-party AI technologies to assist with (a) image generation, (b) text-to-speech conversion, (c) fraud and abuse prevention, and (d) customer support services. The information used for these purposes may include account information, user-uploaded images, user-provided text, service-generated information, and content of customer help or support requests.

Any violation of this AI Policy or any prompt2clip policies or terms of service may result in suspension or termination of use of prompt2clip's services at prompt2clip's sole discretion.
